DECEMBER 2021

Dear Friend,

These are the words of thanks our team of trusted hotline operators, advocates, therapists and teachers hear from grateful families in our care. For victims of violence, YWCA offers a safe place to receive support, heal from trauma, and begin to live a life free from violence. For many, the gravity of their circumstances can be overwhelming, and yet with YWCA’s trauma-informed care and countless services these messages of thanks reflect the impact we are having every day of the year.

Your gift of support for our programming is vital to our ability to serve those in need. As the holiday season arrives, I want you to know how grateful our families are for the services made available by your generous support. Together we can provide safety for those in need, right here in Sonoma County.

Gratitude finds a place in all of our hearts, and it is often in the giving that we also receive. I wish you and yours a safe and healthy holiday season.

Warmly,
Madeleine Keegan O’Connell
YWCA Chief Executive Officer
