A Message from CEO Madeleine Keegan O’Connell
At the heart of the YWCA’s programs are our domestic violence services. We provide a wide range of services to those who have been impacted by domestic violence so they can heal, become self-sufficient, and return productively to our community. A Special Place Therapeutic Preschool offers children living with violence or neglect a safe setting five days a week.
Committed to serving men, women and children in our community who struggle with the devastating effects of domestic violence, YWCA staff work tirelessly with clients and their families to establish lives free from violence. You owe it to yourself to watch the video found here on our website to experience the inspiration supporters of the YWCA Sonoma County share for this important work.
Whether you see yourself as an ambassador, advocate or friend of the YWCA Sonoma County, we see each of you as inspired artists. Together we can paint another reality for families who picture a better future for themselves and their children.
Among those inspired,
Madeleine Keegan O’Connell
Chief Executive Officer
