Since 1975, YWCA Sonoma County has been the County’s answer to the community’s call for refuge, advocacy and support with domestic violence. Our mission is to end domestic violence through awareness, education and empowerment.
There are a number of ways for you to support YWCA Sonoma County, including:

Gift cards in dollars amounts $25-$50 allow families in our care the decision-making ability to purchase wardrobe items and essentials which are uniquely their own from these establishments:

YWCA Sonoma County operates six preschools. A Special Place Therapeutic Preschool in Santa Rosa offers children living with violence or neglect a safe setting with on-site therapy available. childcare centers Wish List
YWCA Sonoma County operates the only confidential safe house in Sonoma County for women and children who are fleeing domestic abuse.
By purchasing items from this wish list, you will be supporting adults and children who sometimes need counseling to process the trauma they have experienced.

Corporate matching gifts are a type of philanthropy in which companies financially match donations that their employees make to nonprofit organizations. When an employee makes a donation, they’ll request the matching gift from their employer, who then makes their own donation.
Ask your employer if they offer matching gifts so your donation can be doubled!
