Coaching Boys into Men is a program that inspires coaches to further influence their young athletes by speaking to them about healthy relationships, safe dating, and personal responsibility. CBIM empowers young athletes to become a respectful individual and a role model for others. CBIM is a free program available for any Sonoma County middle school, high school, and youth sports leagues to use. The YWCA, Sonoma County Department of Health Services, and Verity are teaming up to offer this free, evidence-based program to Sonoma County coaches. Created by Futures without Violence, Coaching Boys into Men is a successful, national program supported by many professional and collegiate coaches.
